Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun is a very unique, scientific and devastatingly effective form of Chinese Boxing. Ideal for self defence, fitness and competition. Wing Chun’s specialty is close quarter combat using fast powerful hand strikes, devastating low line kicking and fluid flexible footwork.

Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen specialises in the use of body structure making it ideal for smaller people who will maybe have to defend themselves against bigger and stronger opponents.  Body structure gives you a base from which to throw powerful strikes without losing balance and ultimately gives you control of your opponent.

This makes Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen great for self defense as well as all forms of competiton especially MMA with many of our members fighting succesfully in semi and pro competitons. In fact we have a very succesful mma team, the infamous Iron Wolves who fight regularly all around the country and here in hull at the 10th legion mma shows run by Alan Orr Sifu The leader of Chu Sau Lei in europe.

Hull Wing Chun is run by Sifu Gary Gowan a  private student of Sifu Alan Orr.  Sifu Gary Gowan has over twenty years experience in martial arts and is also a fully qualified instructor of Thai boxing. It is the goal of Sifu Gary Gowan to spread Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Keun throughout yorkshire,.
